MOSCOW, Aug 11 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Moscow’s largest fixed-line operator MGTS, controlled by mobile operator MTS, has appointed Executive Director Albert Gilmanov as general director, MGTS said on Wednesday in a statement.
Gilmanov will head the company for three years starting from Thursday.
He will replace Vladislav Medvedev, who has been on the top position since November 2019.
